P
On the ground in base form, you can only link a <P off PPPP* against Gohan, Piccolo, Tien, Hercule, Nappa, Recoome, 2nd/3rd Form Frieza, Android#16, Cell, Dabura, Final Cooler, Broly, and Omega Shenron.

The >P<PP reset still works if the opponent sidesteps while rising.
K
Cooler has a chargeable, nullifying KK<K which will send the opponent sliding, but does not combo.
>K
It's a typical knee that stuns from behind and pops the opponent into a low juggle on counterhit. >KPPP^ is Cooler's infinite, which allows him to make use of that low juggle.
P+K
Canceling Cooler's >P+K moves him back about 10 reach points. It nullifies so quickly, it can beat a P when the P is started first.
Transformations
Cooler's transformations are permanent.
In Cooler's Final Form, he cannot OTG Goku with his >P, K, or <K. It's easier to juggle into Sauzer Blade in Final Form. Final Form lets you link a >P chain from PPPP*.
