In a nutshell

At first glance he is a fairly straight forward character but diving in he's a unique, bizarre, and rather underused character. He's one of the only few characters in the game who needs to utilize charging for combos and play the neutral game. Mystic Ray and Mystic Stare are decent zoning specials, but he shines the most as a heavy rush down character with hard to see highs and long reaching lows. He only wields a 2 directional air dash but gets a grounded back dash with invulnerability frames. He can kill almost any character in the game off any hit as his combos are extremely damaging and almost never ending. Most players will use him as an anchor character to utilize his very powerful full screen assist Mystic Ray but he's also fairly capable as a point character.
