The BnB provides decent corner carry and gives an opportunity to set up Star Finger for okizeme. The damage is quite good too - around 60 on Shadow Dio - so the combo is essential for its meter gain, corner carry, and oki. This combo works on everyone, but you'll get worse oki on characters with fast wakeups.
