Strategy vs. Morrigan

Ever since AGE NYChrisG introduced the world to Morrigan's spam techniques she has been winning tournamnets and taking down entire teams across the nation. Coupled with Dr. Doom's Hidden Missile assist she become one of the most difficult matches in the game. The good part is that everyone knows exactly what Morrigan is going to do, the bad part is that not everyone can stop it. Her eare some tips:

In general before she starts her Astral Vision(see videos below) you can take her on much like you would any other opponent. She will spend a lot of time in the air, most likely running away and throwing projectiles. Depending on your character you can chase her, teleport or thow full screen attacks at her like Magneto's Electromagnetic Disruptor or Deadpool's Trigger Happy.

It is a good strategy to try and get under Morrigan but understand that she will most likely drop on your head with an Air {{#motion: s}} so if you get under her while she's in the air make sure to get your hit in before she recovers from the projectile or else you'll need to be prepared to block and advance guard to avoid a sweep attack.

Expereinced players will eventually go into Astral Vision where she'll spam projectiels at you from both sides in two vertical rows. Below are some videos on how some of the pros have learned to deal with Morrigan:
