In a nutshell

Felicia is an extremely fast character with a terrifying grapple game. She has no less than four ways to close in on you and stay there, and her Kitty's Helper super makes her the only character that can set up her own unblockables. If you enjoy a character with scary command grabs who is always moving, Felicia is going to be one of the most fun characters for you.
