Introduction

Kisarah Westfield is the girlfriend of Joe Kusanagi. She is the most iconic character of this game , mainely due to her appearance in Neo Geo Battle Collosum and also for her "Jealousy Bomber". This character might have a great potentiel , thanks to her great light and juggle potential. A very fun character only flaws are on the defensiv side who is weaker than most of the character.

Very Fast normal Small so a bit more harder to touch than other Some good and easy to do combos Best Aerials moves of the games , aerial A is a spamable move , and aerial B is safe on guard + you can do a second b after hitting the guard. Can do some isane combo on a jumping opponent or with the help of molotov. Strongs Throws Special with fast starting frames	Bad Side Step Bad Back Dash Range a bit short GANGAN is very slow , theorically should only work on Getup Stun or as an Okizeme Despite being fast to launch , all her specials have huge endlag

Cheerleader Kick	+	Weird Anti air , can caught off guard an unaware opponent on okizeme / getup but very punishable. Also this move deconnect offenly , and don't knowdown if last hit doesn't touch
Cutie Rainbow		Very good range to go in. A decent option to use to surprse your opponent. Also can be combo from light.
Elbow Combo	+	This move can catch opponent off guard while doing solid damage
