Unlike traditional zoners, Poison's kit isn't designed around her keeping the opponent out, but rather, to get her up close to the opponent. Poison's HP fireball is an incredibly strong neutral and pressure tool that can almost command neutral on its own. Aside from this, Poison possesses some great pokes with her medium kick normals and disjointed whip attacks. With all these tools combined, she easily controls the pace of the match and can easily harass her opponent with almost anything in her kit. On the other hand, however, her skill ceiling is higher than most of the cast, as she requires some 1-frame links for optimal combos and tagging in from her dp requires precise timing. Poison is best used when she's pestering the opponent while cornering them, so putting her on point would be optimal to keep the opponent at bay before tagging in with a scarier up close character.

Ideal Team Position: Point

Special Moves

  • Throw of love, while it is POSSIBLE to get the extra hits from tapping the button, it is much easier for some reason to simply "rekka" the {{#motion: qcb + p }} . Input the command {{#motion: qcb + p }} , {{#motion: qcb + p }} , {{#motion: qcb + p }} , and the move will come out far easier.

Super Combos

  • At full range, Poison throws a single hit fireball. At closer ranges, though, this fireball will trigger a cinematic super, dealing its full damage.
