Paul excels in close range and damage. Various overhead and low options to trick the opponent, as well as a good escape option to lead into his specials. Most of his normal lead to heavy damage combos. Great counterhit combos from standing hp, and great anti airs/defensive tools. However Paul struggles getting against character with better normals and lacks tools to consistently pressure opponents. Better as an anchor, but still damage or defensive tools are top notch.
