*Storm's Hail Storm hyper has a full screen hit-box making it ideal to punish just about any move that your opponent sticks out, but has a large amount of start-up before the cinematic. Because Team Hypers start-up in one frame, using a team hyper with storm can be the most effective way to punish opponents for doing just about any move. Storm does not need to be on point to use this tactic.
