While normal Takuma takes a balanced approach, Mr. Karate is pure, unadulterated rushdown. His DPs can be canceled for combo potential, and his fireballs are both invisible and can be dash-canceled from. He lost the ability to use his Hien Shippu Kyaku on the ground, but gained an old friend in the form of his Shoran Kyaku from '98.
