Introduction

  • Lee Hae Gwon is your typical random martial artist in mid 90's fighting game ; he saw people fighting so he is intressted. Lee is a great character , no glaring weakness , just solid in all the aspect of the game. Yet he is not easy at all , you have to stay close and try to win via number of good pokes. Definetly a character i would recommand to newer player.
Strengths Weaknesses
  • No Major Weakness , he does everything good at some levels.
  • Some great Okizeme thanks to his multi hit normals and his Bousatsu Shou
  • Suprinsingly good range , with a lot of command normals
  • Excellent pokes
  • Has a command throw who gives big chance to Bone Break
  • Great Mobility
  • Great GanGan
  • Throw doing very good damage
  • A bit bellow average damage input from normals
  • Has no big option from full screen , this character should stay close to opponent
  • Light Doesn't lead to anything , althrought very safe
  • Can be tricky to found a knockdown

Important information : A lot of his normals doesn't knockdown , but that's okay because these normals can be specials canceled , except the far ones.

Command Move

"Jumping low blow" F.png + Kof.lk.png Decent Go-in option , safe but lead in to nothing
"Double kick attack" F.png + hold Kof.lk.png a stronger version of the previous command normal with two Hit kick ,way more unsafe but can knockdown sometimes
"Leg Sweep" D.png + hold Kof.lk.png Typical sweep from fighting game , good range but can be punish by some fast enought options
"Palm Strike" F.png + hold Kof.lp.png his fastest normal who knowdown.

Special Moves

'Bousatsu Shou Qcb.png + Kof.lp.png

Does a ton of chip damage and can okizeme opponent who try to to mash special on wakeup

Koshuu Kyaku F.pngDb.pngD.pngDf.png + Kof.lk.png

Maybe the worst special of the game , an anti air who doesn't knockdown grounded opponent.

Seirouga Qcb.png + Kof.lk.png

A good tool to punish back dash , ironically it's a better anti air than Koshuu Kyaku despite not being his utility

Touroushuu Qcf.png + Kof.lk.png up to 3 times

A reika kind of special move. Great source of damage for the character. You have to get a bit of pratice with the rythme of the kick , you can't buffer it.

Command Throw

This moves as a chance (like 1/5 something like that) to bone break , giving you a free combo
