Introduction

After realizing it takes a long time to master kung-fu, Rufus decided he'd just make shit up and hope it works. It does.

Rufus is a gimmicky, mixup/combo heavy, highly mobile character with decent normals. His main gimmick being spin which he can cancel into 4 different specials. Also he's really fat.

Strengths Weaknesses
  • Very good offense Rufus has incredible offensive tools that keep the opponent guessing. Which is generally his spin followups.
  • Anti-zoning Rufus' spin can reflect projectiles and the spin has one hit of armor.
  • Meter Rufus has very good meter build due to his absurd combo game and having to use his spin a lot. He also has a very good, high damaging super that he can start combos with and can combo into it.
  • Combo Game Rufus can cancel almost any normal to spin which is how he starts his high damaging combos. He also has full chains and an infinite.
  • One-trick Pony If you play Rufus, you play him for his one-trick, that being spin. While that one-trick is very good, he can become pretty predictable in neutral.
  • He's big Due to him being very wide he is very easy to combo.
  • It's fuckin Rufus man you'll probably loose friends if you play him
