Health can also be recovered during a team battle by tagging out to a different character, this method of health recovery is the only that is not capable of recovering an arrow, so for example if you have 1 health left and tag out, you can only recover 9,999 health. This limitation can be bypassed in a way, if you have a character that can recover health in a different way, for example 1st or 2nd form Cell, if your health goes under 30,000, then you make your way back into the 30,000s using throws, you'll be able to tag out and regenerate all the way back up to the base of 40,000.

Health

Health is your most valuable resource, being indicated by the large gauge at the top of your screen as well as the six arrows above as shown in this image:
DBZBT3 Health Bar.png
Each bar of health represents 10000 units of health and each arrow represents a bar in reserve, so 40000 (four bars, average Max health) for example is represented by three arrows and one full bar.
Health can be drained either by performing an Emergency Blaster Wave or by taking damage from an opponent. Health can also be recovered during a match using the following methods:

  • Using Health Restoring B1s

Health can also be recovered during a team battle by tagging out to a different character.
This method of health recovery is the only method that is not capable of recovering an arrow.
For example, if you have 1 health left and tag out, you can only recover 9,999 health, and it takes 1 second to regenerate 100 health.
This limitation can be bypassed in a way: if you have a character that can recover health differently (like Cell), and your health goes under 30000,
then you can make your way back into the 30000s via throws and tag out afterwards to regenerate all the way back up to the base of 40000.
