Kobra is a fun character to play, he is a member of the black dragon, super top tier in this game.

throw: incredible throw, infinite in the corner

D B + 2: teleport, whiffs a lot, punishable, all teleports are worth using somewhat though

D F + 1: high fireball

D B + 1: great quick low fireball

kobra has one of the best weapons kali sticks 1,1,2,4 and 2,4 are safe on block and both lead into 3 (an unsafe low) or back 3 (a high damage overhead)

kick boxing back 3 is great and shorin ryu does big damage, combine that with his low fireball and you have a dangerous character.
