Overview
In a nutshell
R.O.B. currently ranks 20th on the tier list, due to having some good combos, air game, and great recovery. But he is a big target to chaingrabs, has a big hurtbox, and lacks good projectiles to use. Overall, with a very flexible ranged game, R.O.B. can be a dangerous foe for many characters in the game.
