Beans is a character with many strong normals both on the ground and in the air. He can create a wall of hitboxes for his opponent to traverse, or walk them down and push them to the corner. His primary weakness is his inability to consistently convert his hits into meaningful pressure. His throw has short range and he lacks any good advancing moves, so while he has good neutral, it often isn't as threatening as it should be. Beans needs to play consistent to get his wins, but he has good enough neutral to make up for that.
